Generator rental prices
Most rental yards make you call for a price. These are our "from" rates, published. Your quote adds the delivery and fuel plan for your address and job, in one number.

How the rate works
Rates are for one shift: up to 8 engine hours a day, 40 a week, 160 per 4 weeks. Running around the clock (an outage, a standby) bills at up to twice the rate. We quote that up front, not after.
A week costs about three days, and four weeks about three weeks. If you are not sure how long you need it, ask for the longer rate: ending early costs less than extending week by week.
You get one all-in number before you say yes: rent, delivery, fuel plan, cables and waiver. The invoice matches it.
What the quote adds

Sales tax applies where the state charges it on rentals.
What you will not see on the invoice
- A fee that was not in the quote. If the job changes — more days, a refill, an extra cable — we tell you the price before it happens.
- A "storm surcharge". During a declared emergency the rate stays the published one; what changes is the 24-hour shift, which we quote up front.
- Days after you called it off. Tell us you are done and the rental is called off that day, even if the truck comes for it the next morning.
