How long does a 200 kW generator run on a tank?
About 21 hours at three-quarters load on its roughly 300-gallon tank (14 gallons an hour). At a lighter load it runs longer. For around-the-clock use we add refills or an external tank.
What does it take to tow a 200 kW generator?
It weighs about 12,500 lb with fuel and trailer — a truck and lowboy, delivered by the yard. Most customers have it delivered; billing includes delivery and pickup.
Single-phase or three-phase?
Three-phase: 208 V (about 694 A) or 480 V (about 300 A). Your electrician sets it to match your service.
